Meeting Time Finder is designed with privacy as a default. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The tool runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript.
All calculations happen inside your browser using JavaScript. When you add a participant, their name and timezone are stored temporarily in your browser's memory for the duration of your session. This data is encoded into the page URL if you choose to share or bookmark it. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Meeting Time Finder does not set any cookies on your device.
This website does not load any third-party scripts, fonts, tracking pixels, or analytics services. All resources (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are served from this website only.
If Google AdSense advertisements are displayed on this site, Google's own privacy policy governs how Google uses data related to those ads. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Google may use cookies or other tracking technologies to serve relevant advertisements. When you add participants to the tool, the page URL updates to include your configuration. If you copy and share this URL, anyone who opens it can see the names and timezones you entered. Do not include real names in the URL if you consider this sensitive information.
This tool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
